At our workshop in Fara Gera d’Adda (Bergamo, Italy), we use advanced and digitized machinery to manufacture precision components in metal and plastic. Over the years, we’ve invested in an intelligent machines park that delivers precise, reliable results—even for complex or critical parts.
Once a customer approves the project and the quotation, we move into the next phase, which includes a second technical review, uploading drawing files, and sourcing certified raw materials.
Key Steps in the Preparation Process
- Our technical team re-evaluates all drawings to ensure dimensional correctness (from 3 mm to 35 mm internally, and up to 60 mm through trusted partners), assess feasibility, and define all the necessary machining processes.
- At the same time, we source raw materials: metal and plastics from certified and qualified suppliers.
- Finally, we set up the machinery to quickly launch the production phase.
