Machine Set-Up – Fast, Reliable, and Digital
Once the project’s early phase is completed and the drawings are reviewed, we prepare the machines. Our machines park includes modern CNC systems that allow fast upload of settings and part specs. Operators configure the Swiss-type lathes with motorized tools for the required machining. Thanks to a fully digital workflow, set-up is fast and traceable, enabling continuous data flow and control over each phase. We verify precision, tolerances, and dimensional accuracy.
A Reliable and Accurate Process
Files are uploaded to pre-set machines: our technicians verify each lathe and set parameters based on available data and analysis. The CNC lathes are then ready for machining the raw material and carry out following work:- Turning

- Boring
- Tapping
