Our Machines Park
Brema operates a state-of-the-art machine park designed to meet the highest standards of precision and flexibility. We rely on 20 CNC sliding headstock lathes from top brands like STAR, CITIZEN, and NEXTURN, equipped with up to 7 axes and powered tooling, including the thread whirling technique—perfect for high-precision threading on complex components and hard materials. All our machines are computer-controlled (CNC), ensuring absolute accuracy and repeatability, while reducing the margin for human error. Every detail is manufactured according to technical drawings and strict process parameters. The result: outstanding performance, even on tight tolerances and difficult geometries.
