Mechanical Parts Cleaning
Mechanical processing inevitably leaves behind residues—metal or plastic shavings, oils, grease, ink, and other debris—that can wear down components and interfere with subsequent operations. To ensure performance and durability, Brema uses specialized machines and products to thoroughly clean each part, reaching even tight spaces and difficult shapes.
How Are Components Cleaned?
The cleaning process involves immersing parts in special wash tanks filled with a blend of surfactants and detergents that gently remove grease, dirt, and residues. This liquid solution reaches even the most difficult corners. Once cleaned, components are dried using a professional centrifuge to eliminate all traces of liquid, as even small amounts of detergent can gradually damage the surface.
