How Drilling Works
Drilling is a subtractive machining process used to create holes and cavities within a component. Using motorized tools and high-precision CNC equipment, we can produce holes of various diameters and depths, precisely aligned with the specifications outlined in the design files. For through-holes, the operator can reposition both tool and part to ensure full alignment and optimal geometry. The result is a hole that meets the required size and tolerance — ready for finishing treatments such as burnishing, boring, or reaming.
