From the drawing to the quote

During initial consultation with the Customer, we examine the requests and the drawings provided, analysing their characteristics in detail and studying their technical specifications to draw up a suitable quote based also on the materials that will be used and the machining required to produce a quality product.

Preparation for production

Before the actual machining begins, our experts conduct another detailed analysis of the drawings provided by the Customer, after which the most suitable equipment is selected and raw materials are sourced from the most reputable suppliers. Both the materials and the equipment are also certified and traceable.

Machine set-up

We prepare our machines and load the projects rapidly, setting the various parameters for precision turning, drilling and finishing. Our CNC lathes are designed to be fitted with the right tools and calibrated for the raw material to be turned: this can be either metal or plastic.

Machining

We carry out various machining operations in our workshop: in addition to turning and drilling, we can complete the boring, tapping and rolling of the component. Each of these machining operations makes important changes to the piece to meet the specifications on the drawings.

Quality control

Our quality controls are carried out before, during and after all the machining stages: experienced technicians and qualified operators inspect all characteristics of the component, assessing its efficiency, reliability and resistance to stress. Only the pieces that pass all the checks are considered ready for the final steps.

Washing

Each piece is thoroughly washed to remove all traces of dirt, machining residue and other impurities that could cause malfunctions or sub-standard performance. Washing is also another opportunity to check the integrity of the individual pieces and prepare them for the next steps, namely treatment and packaging.

Treatments

After receiving the treated pieces, they are assembled as shown in the drawings: to do this we use precision instruments and modern tools that allow us to assemble even particularly detailed and delicate small parts quickly and with absolute efficiency. A further quality control allows us to approve the finished piece.
